Are overpriced for their size, costing on average around £180,000 and going upto £600,000. In all honesty an identical home in America would cost half as much, but what can you do. They are fucking everywhere, trust me, try any Suburb, you'll find 100s of them, each of them in groups of 6 and then broken up by a detached version of the same property.
