Heart Swells, Heart Full, Heartstrings
When your heart swells, or your heartstrings are tugged. The happy, exited feeling you get in your chest and throat when your heart feels overly full.
It sometimes appears in conjunction with "heartstrings", as in two Judy Garland standards, "Zing! Went the strings of my heart" (Youtube) and "The Trolley Song" (also Youtube):

Zing is an honest, friendly, selfless person ever. She is mature and childish at the same time. She loves kids. She may be impatient at times but she tries her best to stay patient. She has a nice smile. She has a nice personality to talk to. She's energetic, lively, and friendly.She's small and cute. She got much love for others. She has beautiful eyes. She is nice and kind, always willing to help other people. She is overly courteous. One flaw about her is she forgets to look after herself while looking for other people. She's a good friend to many people. She may not be THAT smart but she tries her best in whatever she does. She is a scaredy-cat but she's not afraid to defend and fight for her friends. She's funny.
