To be able to consistently make money daytrading by buying and selling a stock/futures contract/etc repeatedly for minor gains.
Look at how "flat" the market was today, it just stayed in a narrow range all day, but I tick fucked it all day long and made a million dollars!

Tick Monster is a saying mainly used in the urban societies of Hawaii, meaning "very muscular" or "ripped".
Ex1: Ho' brah! Dwayne Johnson is one Tick Monster!
