It's hard to dislike Toby, which many find extremely annoying until he grins like a goofus and all annoyance is forgotten. If you were to describe Toby in one word, it would be Sun. He's bright and cheerful, with sparkling eyes, but on cloudy days you can barely see him. Some days, he puts up that wall.
