It entered the American lexicon the moment Senator John McCain (R-AZ) selected Governor Sarah Palin (R-AK) as his running mate in the 2008 presidential election. Usually uttered by horny males and lesbians of all political affiliations.

"Vice-President I'd Like to Fuck". This term became popular after Gov. Sarah Palin was chosen as the republican nominee for vice president for the United States 2008 presidential election.
