An attire that includes a plain white T-shirt and usually blue jeans. In the summer, blue jeans are usually replaced by khaki shorts.
This form of attire is mostly seen in the commonwealth of Kentucky. It's deemed appropriate to wear at any event that doesn't require formal attire.
Guy 1: What should we wear to our friend's birthday party?
Guy 2: I think Kentucky Casual would be fine.
Guy 1: Nice, you got a white t-shirt that I can borrow?
Guy 2: Yep, got a month's worth coming out of the laundry right now.

Just as there is business attire for formal business situations, and business casual for social situations that have potential implications for business, so too is there 'hooker-casual' dresswear for those times when you kind of look like a ho' who's presently off-duty.
"If we're gonna go out to that bar, I'm gonna dress hooker casual."
"You probably shouldn't dress hooker casual to class today."

A dressed-down preppy who is still wearing fancy clothes. Like if they were going out in their boat, and were scared that the surf would be rough and get them all wet, so they wore Topsiders, khaki shorts, and a t-shirt from a 10K race from eight years ago.
Definitely a WASPy Dad look.
His Dad was kickin' it boat casual on the back deck by the grill, getting barbecue sauce on that old pair of Dockers shorts that he wears whenever he does yardwork.

Attire that is acceptable for an informal meetings but still quite stylish. Often includes pointy dress shoes.
