Engineered Dialogue

A message that is created using Social Engineering in an effort to manipulate the ideals of different demographics of society to influence their social/political/religious behavior.

The message is first placed on social networking like Twitter or message boards like 4Chan. It is then repeated by an individual in multiple posts using multiple accounts over a serious of weeks. Others pick up this message and reinforce it by repeating it. Over time the message works it's way into everyday society.

Due to the repetition of the message in various Outlets over time, the people seeing the message begin to a tribute truth to it. The more the messages repeated the less likely they are to question it. Once the message is adopted is truth it begins to influence Society to the gains of its creators.
The mainstream media does this regularly.
The rise of Pepe or kek from being substanceless to trolling the media Hillary Clinton the 2016 election illustrated the course of engineered dialogue in it society. Due to an organized effort in 2012 across 4Chan - lead by b r9k pol to prove their influence & relevance...and because normies kept steeling their memes

The Pepe meme showed how the engineered Dialogue travels from a few obscure message board posts on 4Chan to troll Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election

Arduino engineer

Someone who is into electronics, or so he says, but doesnt know anything beyond arduino. The kind of person to pay 3 times the price for a pack of resistors just because it says "Arduino compatible" in the title.
Usually uses example codes, modified versions of example codes, or drag n' drop tools like scratch, as he doesn't really know how to program either.

P1: You are into electronics right? How can I wire this 555 timer to make this led blink?
P2: Its easier than that, just use open this blink sketch
P3: Wow, you must be an Arduino engineer.

Space Engine

A fancy game with fancy graphics where you fly around space finding randomly generated stars, galaxies, nebulae, and real things of all kind. Heck, you can even find planets with life! Also its only gonna get even fancier once v0.990 comes out with "Raymarched" nebulae and other things that make the game even fancier. But you need a good computer to play it due to its fanciness, and its 1 GB in size.

Random Dude: Hey have you played Space Engine? I have a GTX 970 and it works fine!
Other Dude: Nah I have a Pentium I can't run that.

Engineer's syndrome

A tendency for some engineers to believe that they can solve complex problems in unrelated fields (economics, philosophy, etc) by applying typical engineering strategies (mathematical modeling, etc) despite lacking domain knowledge in the field.

"The volatility of financial markets can be minimized by using control theory to model the market as a second-order system."
"That's just your engineer's syndrome talking."
