A promiscuous person (usually female) who frequents the quadrangle housing facilities located on army military bases where the single GI's are housed. Example would be such as that on Schofield Barracks in Wahiawā,Oahu,Hawai'i.
Person 1: "Damn, I'm really interested in this girl- think I'm going to ask her on a date."
Person 2: "Nah, you don't want to talk to her. She's a known quad hopper. She takes more turns than a hotels main entrance doorknob does in a year- in just 1 weekend."
One who can not decide on just one squad to belong to.

The DJ hopper thinks she is popular and well liked amongst the club scene but in reality is only known for one thing... being a quick lay for anyone with headphones.

When you are almost to a restroom door/stall and someone cuts in front of you and takes the last spot forcing you to seek out a new place to go.
I was en route to take a huge crap when some turtle hopper jumped in front of me. The turtle was peaking out but I managed to contain him long enough to find another place to go.
