Reaction to somebody saying or doing something insanely dumb - insinuating someone has literally worms instead of well functioning brain.

Brain sludge is where you have so many intrusive thoughts that it completely derails your ability to think or focus.
I took a test today at school and I had a really bad case of brain sludge.
Describing someone or who has done something radically stupid.
Describing someone who is stupid beyond comprehension.
Insult used as a substitute for sped or retard.
Origin: Taken from the Roman Squire Dale Doe who was often ridiculed for his low intelligence and clumsy nature.
Tom: "Hey what's that shit with the spikes you use to eat food with?"

Tom: "Yeah that's the one."

When you mean to do something really obvious but then you forget what you were doing and end up doing something something completely different. i.e, when you have a wrapper in one hand and food in the other, and throw away the food and try to eat the wrapper.
Brain Fart:
Person 1: Man, I had such a brain fart today.
Person 2: What did you do?
Person 1: I was holding food and a wrapper and threw away the food and tried to eat the wrapper.
