Slum Goonch is an American word and it basically means a ghetto killer fish. "Slum" means ghetto and "Goonch" is a type of killer fish. So slum Goonch means a ghetto killer fish. That is also my snapchat nickname for all my friends.😁Well the ones that aren't sick of me yet.😂
