A kid that wears clothes that are skater clothes such as volcom, element, hurley, DC shoe co., billabong, roxy, etc. They also wear preppy clothes only american eagle. The girls wear hoodys alot with tank tops under them, tee shirts, with only long tight blue jeans. Guyz wear hoodys with t-shirts under, just t-shirts, blue jeans only. The girls do not wear skirts. They are nice when people are nice to them and if your mean to them they will be mean back. They are kinda hard to get along with. The girls are tomboys. The guyz are skaters. They like the bands Hollywood Undead, Hawthorne Heights, Panic! at the disco, rap music, metal, punk, anyting popular except pop, country and all that techno shit and shit like that. Their favorite food place is mcdonalds. They have myspace. They hate rednecks and races. Some girls wear make-up and some dont, they dont over do it. They dont cut their selves. The girls wear their hair down all the time. They get highlights in their hair, no weird colors though they keep it normal colors. The girl straighten their hair. The guyz have skater hair. They hate goths. They are different from preppy kids and scene because they are both of those mixed.

Scene kids are preps who TRY to be emo, but EPICALLY FAIL ssoo much that they created a new type of people called "scene". The general appearance is quite similar to emo, but the attitude and bitch flair is seemingly much like snobby preps (with much of a so-called emo"badass" additude) they screamo (also a fail for them) about sex drugs getting laid by fat chicks and make fun of emos. Sometimes. Their hair is much more colorful than an emos and so is their wardrobe plus most of them ARE the actual "gays" and "fags" that the general audience mistakens for "emos". Which is quite a sad thing for emos -being called gay fags when it's really the scenes.

scene - kids who want to be emo, even though they have a fine outlook on life. Mostly dress like emos, listen to the same music as emos etc.
emo - people who self-harm, and are depressed. Sometimes dress in the traditional emo style, though some prefer to be un-known as an emo. Too many people joke about emos, self harm and suicide is a serious problem.
Many people think that the children's backpacks and skinny jeans are what makes someone emo...if the person seems to be having a good time, the majority of the time, they will be scene, not emo.
