Working big box retail such as walmart, target or kroger etc. This is a term to describe how awful a supervisors department looks when not maintained welll, or has been shopped very hard and not recovered. Usually the store manager is trying to make the assistant manager feel shame about their area so they will react quickly and get things straightened up.
Your sporting goods department looks like "hammered horse meat". What happened last night did you even have anybody scheduled to work?
A person who can’t be trusted.
I don’t need your help Anthony! You are a one horse deal.
Someone considered extremely attractive/cool at some point a long time ago, but not anymore-reminiscent of long-forgotten players who no longer hold much sexual prowess.
"Wow, Lee is looking rough these days!"
"I know-he's horse-and-buggy hot, hard to believe so many girls used to chase him-he couldn't pay them too now"
Similar to "punch buggy" or "pediddle". When one sees a horse wearing a blanket or "coat", they yell, "horse in a coat!" and proceed to punch the accompanying person. One punch and phrase per "horse in a coat" is necessary, otherwise the oppising persin can counter with the remaining punches. Also, the person getting punched may not hit back, but is permitted to hit another individual who has not yet been punched for that instance. Popular in rural areas, where horses are more common than Volkswagens or one headlight bearing cars.
"Horse in a coat! Horse in a coat!" (followed by 2 punches to play the horse in a coat game)
