1. The time of night when a person or group of people get so drunk that they develop a thick Cockney accent. Usually occurs in white American males between the ages of 18 and 24.

Person #3 "What the fuck time is it?"
Persons #1 and #2 "ITS FUCKING HALF-PAST BRITISH!"

A term used to discribe an individual whom is deseptive or two faced .
It can also be used with a discriptive word in jest for someone who caught you off guard or surprised you .
Example 1. So you took my money and blame it on Keith you half faced bastard !
Example 2. Did you just Sup my pint you cheeky half faced bastard ?

In baseball, a pitch that would normally be called a strike, but because the home team is pitching with a very large lead, the umpire has shrunk the strike zone so much so that said pitch is called a ball. Therefore, the pitch is only called a ball in the top half of the inning. See bottom half strike.
"That pitch was right on the outside corner, but we're up by 15 and the ump's calling top half balls."

The date that occurs when you're too under the influence to remember the guy/girl you gave your number to. Text messages end up in a date where one person remembers what the other one looks like and one person goes in blind.
"Hey, how was your date the other day?"
"It was ok. The guy ended up being pretty cute!"
"I thought you gave him your number?"
"I was pretty drunk at that party. It was a half-blind date."

A sitcom on CBS that, like most sitcoms created by Peter Lorre, is successful despite being shamelessly uninnovative and completely predictable. In it, Charlie Sheen - playing himself, more or less - moves in with his dorky, recently divorced brother (played by Jon Cryer) to help him raise his son. Despite its low ambitions, it is an acceptable viewing choice if nothing else is on. However, its achievements cannot be ignored. Two and a Half Men gave Jon Cryer a role to be remembered for aside from Duckie in Pretty in Pink, and Charlie Sheen singlehandedly revived the popularity of the bowling shirt. Keep your expectations low and you'll probably enjoy it.
I only watched that episode of Two and a Half Men because it just happened to come on the channel I was watching and I couldn't find the remote. It wasn't bad though. Not great, but not bad, either.
