A new phrase created on February 6th, 2007 on the campus of William and Mary by a certain "Drinking Rob" in order to fill the void of terminology to express both the satisfaction and pure, ecstatic joy alluded to in the phrase.
In general, "Fuck the Hell Yeah" is self explanitory. However, it contains properties lacking in other vulgar obscenities. People of all races, backgrounds, orientations, shapes, and sizes are allowed and encouraged to utilize this phrase. Here are some examples to aid the public in using this phrase.
"We just won the big game" --"Fuck the Hell Yeah!"
"I just found $20" --"Fuck the Hell Yeah!"

Despite its spelling, it is used more like "Hell as Fuck" in both meaning and pronunciation- etymology and anthropological studies suggests that the "ass" was probably just added to increase the vulgarity of the phrase. It is used as a descriptive phrase to describe any noun which is "Hella Good/Bad" as "Holy Fuck", it can be used to describe both good things and bad things depending on context and how it is said- this is indicative of its origins as spoken vernacular.

If someone or something looks like hell, it means they or it looks ugly or bad.
For instance, if I said "I can't go to the store right now, I look like hell!" that would mean that my appearance is in such an uncomely state that I refuse to be seen.
