A combination of "savage" and "edgy" memes. The two kinds of memes are closely related already, where savage memes are cold and cross many lines far and wide and where edgy memes are about things that should not be joked about according to PC culture (ex: hitler, down syndrome, etc); savedgy memes are merely a combination of the two which aim to bring out the deep anger and deep satisfaction in SJWs and trolls, respectively.
