Cosmic Internet/Cosmicnet:
This is a concept that was first used in a short story by the author Victor Darnell Hadnot. It is based on a theory that at the nano-subatomic level, the universe can be used as a mainframe, to house and retrieve information. All one has to do is understand the fundamental subspace structures and then the universe can be used to store information. The ability to communicate at the super-subspace level throughout the entire universe.
Cosmic Internet/Cosmicnet:
1. The practical theory that the universe contains all the knowledge and information of all the worlds within it.
2. The ability to communicate with other worlds through such a subspace field.
3. The fundamental theory of Millakilonano Fluid Theory, in which at the super-subspace level, the universe acts like water, presenting the three basic states of water, a solid, a liquid, and a gas. While not H2O, the subspace ether acts like water. Being able to produce waves, vibrations, and transforms, all acting in concert.
Basically, a meme that existed way before the evolution and popularization of the internet. Memes have actually been around as long as 2,000 years with the oldest one in history being the Sator Square.
Some of the most notable pre-internet memes are Killroy Was Here, Frodo Lives, Bert Is Evil and Andre the Giant Has a Posse.
To be honest, I prefer pre-internet memes over 2010s memes. But unfortunately, there wasn't any internet to post them back then so I highly doubt anyone back then who shared Frodo Lives even knew who Frodo Baggins was or what Lord of the Rings even was considering how like I said, there was no internet back then.

Internet Bipolar Disorder, or IBD, is when someone is all chill on the internet, and then something such as a thumbs down on a YouTube video, a loss on an online game, or criticism on a forum makes them go crazy. Symptoms of IBD include a sudden barrage of insults, sudden self-hate or saying they are leaving.
