The ball sack tap is the deft movement of tapping one's hand, palm up, onto someone else's ball sack (with or without clothes on). This can be done by males, to reward one another for something well done.
This can be demonstrated in the movie SuperTroopers during the first meeting, when Mac gives a ball sack tap to the Rookie after he sings the song.

"Showing some sack" is used to describe an action, behavior or display of ostentatious swagger -- an act that is perceived as extremely bold, audacious, or risky.
Similar to having "cajones."
Stephen Colbert was seriously showing some sack when he derided and embarrassed George W. Bush at the 2006 White House Correspondents Association Dinner.
It was quite possibly one of the finest moments in comedic history, I might add.

When a male dips his testicles into a bowl of hot fudge, then into a bowl of sprinkles before the fudge dries (most commonly the rainbow-colored type that is often used in an ice cream sundae by most brands/manufacturers). Later, the fudge hardens around the testicles and can be eaten off by a girlfriend/wife or a male sexual partner if he is homosexual. If desired, the subject could also choose to leave the fudge and sprinkles on his testicles for decorative purposes.
Sterling was shocked and horrified when he discovered that employees at his local ice cream parlor had made a sack sundae suprise using the same fudge and sprinkles that they had used for toppings on his ice cream.

Ted bundy is a sad sack sadist but wants us to think he's mad at his ex dumping him. Ann Rule was a friend of his and wrote a book about him inviting all his friends to meet him at a gay bar. Too bad he can't just meet a nice guy instead of being such a SAD SACK SADIST.
