A Moe Moment is being so bored at the point of doing something that can hurt or stupid.

to do something extremely stupid such as getting wasted and falling into a table or throwing up on a bed or perhaps peeing in a juice jug.

Applicable to many situations where our beloved Regina has a sudden change of plans or something was not accounted for.
Also applicable when something is planned, but gets postponed to a later date due to a conflicting schedule.
