The word is used to describe a person who suddenly leaves the defined traffic areas of a parking lot and crosses the spaces that are not parked in as a shortcut.
As we drove through the parking lot looking for a space, we were almost killed by a bitch driver.

The stereotypical slow driver who drives at 40 km/h (25 mph) in Canada and the U.S. on the fast lane because the lanes are too wide. However, it is the opposite situation back in Asia. In Asia (especially Hong Kong), the Asian driver is the one who makes unneccesary lane changes at over 120 km/h (75 mph) by signalling too fast and not shoulder checking on extremely ridiculous narrow lanes. However, they are somehow so pro that Hong Kong's accident rate is so low. But still, foreigners driving in Hong Kong are suspectible to accidents.
Surely, these Asian Drivers may be idiots here in Vancouver doing 40k on the passing lane. But when I rented a car in Hong Kong, couldn't believe they are so wrecklessly fast!

Usually occurs after or during traffic. Your ankle feels pain when you try to lift it up from the brakes. Happens because you are constantly pressing down and lifting up on the pedal because you're going nowhere during traffic.
"Goddamn, I have terrible driver's foot. I sat in traffic for 15 minutes."

A mungtrain driver is a highly skilled mungmaster who has reached such a high level of mungery that he/she is considered worthy of mass-munging.
The mungtrain driver must pilot the mungtrain around the world to mung people, regardless of age, sex, race or religeon. A mungtrain driver will conduct horrible acts upon corpses no matter what their condition may be. The mungtrain driver may also re-mung corpses. Mungtrain drivers have been known to create corpses from the living, usually by mistake or for pure entertainment.
