Tarzan's back

Taken from the old Tarzan movies in the 1960’s where all the male characters had their shirt backs wet with sweat. So if you have been working on a hot day and you have a wet back from sweat/workout you have Tarzan’s back.

Person 1: (Straight in to the fridge for a beverage) Fuck its hot outside, look at how wet the back of my shirt is.
Person 2: Ha, looks like you have Tarzan's Back!!
Person 1: Tarzan’s back?
Person 2: You know when the bad guys were looking for Tarzan & Cheetah they all had wet shirts from the heat.

Back pill

A colloquial term referring to cannabis-containing edibles. Coined c. 2016, the term hints at the fictional medical problem of Cold Back but is motivated by the proposed pain and tension relieving medicinal properties of cannabis.

With a modifier, can also be used to describe cannabis vapor (air back pills), joints (tubular b.p.), or tincture (liquid b.p.)

In popular culture:
"I've got to eat so I can take my back pills!"
-National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (1989)

"Man, I love camping but sleeping on the ground really makes my cold back flare up. It's good that we brought all these back pills to help."

"I'm having trouble falling alseep. Do you have any tubular back pills on you?"
