A term commonly used by a character in Animal Crossing, a videogame made by Nintendo.
The character in question is appropriately named "Blathers;" he is an owl who runs the local museum. He is a sweet creature who has a tendency to talk excessively, and, based on some of his speech patterns, seems to be British. He often liberally sprinkles the phrase "eh wot" throughout his lengthly proclamations.
