Action of using sex to improve your status by dropping proper pipe on a bitch who has more than you or is out of your league and is by all accounts an improvement over the previous bitch. This can be based upon many metrics, but measurement is typically based upon political power, kinks, social status, wealth and/or physical appearance.

Example: f you're broke as fuck and you fuck a rich bitch and put a ring on it, then you just done fucked up and locked it down.

Dwayne: I'm tired of fucking all these broke hoes. I'm fittin' to fuck up.

Marcus: I hear the fuck outtta that. Straight tired of bitches always asking me to buy their broke asses shit.
