When participating in the Hot Rod Power Tour as you pass a Prius it must be at wide open throttle.
That was an awesome Prius pass!
After someone says or does something idiotic or stupid you say pass the weezy as a means of ridiculing them or their actions. Also can be used as way to indicate that work is done for the day and its time to go out and get a drink or get stoned.
