Every console has their fanboys. But none of them are nearly as annoying as PC fanboys, otherwise known as PC elitists.
Pc elitists...:
...are the biggest graphics whores. Their main argument for the superiority of the PC is that it has the best graphix ev4r! But that's only if you're willing to pay for the top of the line, latest and greatest GPU that can cost hundreds of dollars.
...think PC has the only worthwhile games, which 95% of them are FPSes, RTSes, and MMORPGs.
...believe all console games are designed for children. You know the "I only play M rated games because i'm so hardcore" stereotype? Yep, those are PC elitists.
...think controllers/gamepads are worthless and that you might as well be trying to control the game with your mind. KEYBOARD AND MOUSE 4EVUR!!1
...think games such as Super Mario Bros., Castlevania, Final Fantasy, Mega Man, Zelda, Donkey Kong Country, Sonic, Metroid, Resident Evil, Tekken, Gears of War, Parasite Eve, Metal Gear Solid and Grand Theft Auto are hopelessly primitive and outdated, don't have good graphics, and are for little kids.
Guy: What's your favorite NES game?
PC Elitist: LOL what is this? The Commodore 64 age? I only play PC games because i'm so grown up. Console games are for little kids who can't handle the 1337 PC.

PC gaming is a form of gaming superior to console games in graphics, performance, and control. Often called 'Dead' by console fanboys, PC gaming is growing back into the mainstream, due to casual hits such as World of Warcraft and Counter-Strike. Expensive, and needs to be upgraded slightly every year or two, all games are made on PCs, and true gaming is done on one.
Such a shame that you waste your time on an Xbox, why don't you do PC Gaming?

Left wing Do-gooders who believe that any diversion from their infantile world view should be countered not with reasoned debate or compromise, but with ad hominen attacks. Typically they silence discussion with epithets such as "racist", "sexist" or "homophobe" because they know that they would not survive long in a fair debate using Facts and Logic.
In the UK in the nineties, the rise in cases of HIV was mainly due to African immigrants diagnosed once they had arrived. Doctors tried to bring this to the attention of the health authorities but were called racist by the PC Brigade and forced to spin the story that it was due to unsafe sex by promiscuous britons, so failing to tackle the problem.

a state of mind in which a mac owner realizes his computer sucks performance , upgradeability and lack of applications... then is immediately jealous of all his pc - owning friends letting them know HE has design for everything else.

The superior gaming platform, you get cheaper games, mods, better graphics, free online, ton of indie games, keyboard + mouse, all that good stuff.
