A summer where a disenfranchised youth is free from the clutches of the evil babysitter known as Vicky, usually seen in the popular program, The Fairly OddParents.
Dude, my parents are finally taking me on vacation with them! It's gonna be a vicky free summer this year!

Someone who is a “Vickie” is basically a Karen 2.0. They are the mask police, they are the vaccine and social distancing police and they aren’t afraid to announce it.
Last time I was at TJ Max shopping I had a Vickie yell at me for standing 5 feet away from someone instead of 6 feet and to tighten the metal nose adjustment on my mask.
