Tufty chalk tends to be from West Virginia and extremely invested into the military even though he is to fat to even attempt to make it past boot camp. The act if cutting a hot pepper in half, then inserting the mouthpiece of a pipe for smoking marijuana into a half and twisting( much like chalking up a pool cue).
