An elite quartet It is that inseparable group of friends, quite common but normally it is the one that lasts the most, they all depend on each other and being a small group there is a lot of confidence, if you have one, it could be the best thing that has happened to you.

The self-appointed rulers of Canada who portray themselves as the natural rulers of the country and incorrectly believe they have some relevance, and who drip with smarmy, poncing ways. Usually used in a derogatory sense by people in the West; often for the central Canadian habit of supporting corrupt family dynasty rulers who are the love child of Fidel Castro.
The rest of Canada would love to leave, if only to get away from the unbearable Laurentian Elites.
