A large gathering of stooges (fools). This grouping applies to stooges in the same fashion that there is a murder of crows or a gaggle of Geese.

An awesome hippie festival in Europe that takes place every two years during the full moon cycle in August.
I quit the rat race in the states to hitchhike Europe and go to Boom Festival.

A festival attended by all groups, black, white, and everything in between, at a time when Confederate statues were still standing, without any incidents. People were getting along better before 2020 than after the statues/history were removed.
People said nothing about the Confederate statues at the time of the Cheerwine festival, they got along fine at the time, and like the statues and businesses, the festival was taken from them.

similar to ms, big day out, folk festival etc (falls Festival)

The act of becoming innebriated to the point of losing all of one's worldly possesions, including (but not limited too) one's cowboy hat, shirt, cell phone and anal dignity. The blues festival is only culminated with passing out in a feces infested porta-potty.
"What did you do last weekend?"
"I took Jesus to the concert but he pulled a Blues Festival and I had no one to hang out with."

An overrated event that takes place to celebrate the garlic capital of the world: Gilroy California. The event is run entirely by volunteers and occurs annually. Its fame has spread outside of the US, attracting people from all over the world, as well as to McDonalds, inspiring "Gilroy Garlic Fries".
"Hey man, you wana hang out this weekend?"
"Naw can't. Sorry, I'm workin the garlic festival."
