The phrase is taken from the Jimi Hendrixx song 'Let me stand next to your fire.' In this case, 'fire' refers to a joint or a blunt, and by saying 'let me stand next to your fire', you are asking to get a hit of what they are smoking.

(To a person smoking a blunt, or joint.)

A phrase used for when you see a hot girl on TV with excellent cleavage.

You say this so anyone around you wont see you as a pervert; seeing as you're occupied looking for your toenail clippers, instead of staring at the gorgeous artwork on the TV screen.

Or at least that's what they think.
