A type of methanphetamine that usually comes in small plastic bags with decorations on them called 'papers'. It looks like tiny crystals and can be snorted or eaten, but is usually smoked out of a glass pipe called a rose pipe (sold at some convinient stores and comes with a rose in them) or a lightbulb with the black part where you screw the bulb in removed, and a straw in it to catch the smoke, or sometimes smoked off of tin foil with a straw to catch the smoke and a lighter underneath. Usually doesn't effect the user the first time they use, but makes them feel very happy and speeds up their thoughts, but usually not their bodies as does crank.
"Is there any more crystal in the rose?"

Momentary hallucination induced by many days of no sleep while using amphetamines. Commonly witnessed by automobile operators driving long-distance road trips at night.
While tweaking and driving the truck driver said, "Oh Shit! Did you see that? Wait...it was only a meth monster."

When you've been slamming crystal meth and it feels like you put your testicals in a vice grip and wrenched it as tight as you can, (without bursting the sac) then getting a blow torch setting fire to the nearly bursted sac. Hit the sac with the blow torch till its glowing on fire then have your buddy take a baseball bat and swing as hard as he can until you nuts are a hot pile of mush. Once you accomplish this feat I recommend taking your buddy to a strip club and find the stripper with the boniest ass and buy a lap dance for him! Got to love Meth Balls

Often occurs after a big night on Methamphetamines or MDMA (ecstasy). The size of your penis will shrink to a childlike state (<5yrs) after excessive consumption of either of the stated stimulants/substances.
Don't worry, it will return to normal size within the next few days; the length of time probably depending on how much of the drug you have taken.

A wordmeth/word addict, commonly known as being shrivelled up, hunched over, desperate losers who roam the streets either peddling stolen property to get more meth, scavenging meth from dealers, or violently attacking people in a vague, crazed attempt to get more meth. The true scum of the drug world.
