Once noted by a wise girl, " down in her youth" simply means chill or relaxed. Okay with the youth that has been brought up. Though may sound confusing, "down in youth" ultimately means to be relaxed, chill, or simply okay with age factor!

An awesome person that guides teens through life's choices, while leading them to a saving relationship with Jesus. He also most likely has a beard, and loves pizza. Somehow, even though he's average looking, he has a smoking wife/girlfriend. Where do they get these women? So hot, so not fair. I'm going to be a youth minister when I grow up. Fo sho.

A term used by people in their middle ages and older to describe how adolescence behave because they've forgotten what it's like to be youthful.

The ninth best band ever, after Radiohead, Modest Mouse, Björk, The Flaming Lips, Pink Floyd, Beck, The Pixies, and The Smashing Pumpkins. Not as influential as The Pixies, but more talented, just not as fun to listen to.
Sonic Youth is a very kickass band.

A generation of U.S. citizens born between 1968 and 1976. These citizens most formative years coincided with the 8-year term of President Ronald Reagan. They remember the fear, malaise and uncertainty of the Carter Presidency and were uplifted by the core beliefs of the Reagan Revolution (1981-1989). Peace through strength, low taxes, limited government, right to life and eternal optimism in America's future are the backbone of this generation's political beliefs.
The Republican candidate must carry the Reagan Youth vote if he is going to thwart his opponent's chance at winning Jimmy Carter's second term.

They are the assholes in the "scene" who make everything political, they are the crazy preaching anarchists, the people who sit on street corners picketing {insert random cause here}, they judge everyone who doesn't think EXACTLY like they do, a few years ago one would go to a show and see a bunch of happy people drinking beers as one group, rebelling against laws which we all knew sucked, now all you see is people huddled in groups talking about either how punk they are because they bought a punk book or have a few patches, or they are bitching about the other groups because they aren't "punk enough", its a growing trend that seems to be going hand in hand with the straightedge movement and its really sad especially because the majority of the people in it don't understand what anarchy is, as they return to their family estates, they are also the people who take offense in mosh pits and have recently taken it upon themselves to outlaw them at shows, when you see a "workshop" posted on your hometown's punk event boards, its the positive youth
Person 1: Yo I just got yelled at for drinking a beer!
Person 2: No way, this is a punk show, nobody gives a fuck...
Positive Kid: Yo guys that's really not cool, you're wrecking the positive attitude of the group here. It's people like you that make it so we can't change the world for the better. Respect the space.
