He used to go to private school but now goes to public school and has band kid humor. He has made it it his whole personality to be annoying to all inculuding but not limited to Brianna and Johnny
Friend 1: "Bro did you see what he just did that's a total Kenneth moment"
Friend 2: "I know right dude he's trying to hard to be funny but he is just annoying"
Friend 1 "Yeah true Im going to go blow a dude now bye"
