The day after Thanksgiving when the holidy/christmas shopping season starts. It is called Black Friday because it is on Friday and traditionally the day that retailers finances go in the black, i.e., become profitable. In the red, on other other hand, implies that a company is operating at a loss, i.e. unprofitable.
A sharp rise in profits from holiday sales pushed the firm in the black which is typically referred to as Black Friday in the retailing world.

Black Privilege; the privileges and rights possessed by members of society with any claim to Afro-Carribean heritage, that are not shared by all other ethnic groups.
Examples;
The privilege of blaming any and all of your issues on outside forces (typically "white" people).
The privilege of college acceptance with mediocre grades.
The privilege of freedom of speech. (Black people still enjoy being able to say whatever they want, no matter how badly formed or overtly racist it may be, without being silenced or 'canceled')
The privilege of reducing societal discrepancies in outcome solely to racism in order to facilitate policies that will secure inequal treatment of people, based on arbitrary racial distinctions, in favor of their own racial group.

A young girl who enjoys getting "down" on fridays, she is always looking forward to the weeked and like cereal in the morning at around 7:15 am she makes her way to the bus stop and gets in a car with her other 13 year old friends who can drive! she can only be friends with girls if they have moles on their faces so it is an exculsive group. There is also an underground cult who worship her and demand her to constantly sing the song Friday. If you attempt to visit this cult on any other day then friday they will kill you. If you find them on a friday they WILL be getting down.
