The guy that comes to your house to empty your septic tank when it is full.
It's been a couple of years since we've had the septic tank pumped out, so we made a phone call, and out came the Turd Burglar to deal with all of my shit.

A metal coat hanger hidden in a bathroom to cut abnormally large turds into smaller flushable chunks.
God I'm glad you had a turd-cutter in the bathroom Rick, otherwise that loaf I dropped was just going to be unflushable.

A person that sits on a toilet and talks into his hand as if it were a cb radio and calls in an air strike right before spewing diarrhea out of his rectum like a fire hydrant that just got ran over by a crack head spews water.
Jack: Last night I was taking a shit and called in an air strike on a spider that fell in the toilet.

'Anchor Turd' is a term used by normal people to describe the common denominator of conversation with a radical American conservative. When a radical conservative mentions the primacy of his ideals over those of others the only point in common can be summarized with the most basic of bodily functions.
This term is a broad term in response to the specific term 'anchor baby' a term used by anti-immigration reductionists in the United States to describe a child born in the U.S. to illegal immigrants--especially referring to Mexican illegal aliens.
When a Tea Party activist tried to discuss the importance of traditional marriage of a natural man and a natural woman I threw down my anchor turd so we'd actually have something to discuss.
