A phrase meaning something along the lines of 'oh come on, you must be joking' but made all the funnier because it is usually exchanged between white kids, and obviously refers to weed.

Most literally translating to "trying to get a reaction" out of somebody. Originated from a 16th century technique to determine death by literally blowing tobacco smoke into someone's anus (through a long pipe) - where a reaction indicated that the person was still alive.
Guy 1: Hey man, I think someone just stole your car!
Guy 2: Are you blowing smoke up my ass?

Indicates that the smoking tobacco is permissible and encouraged.
Originated in mid-20th century wartime. Commonly used during small gatherings of allied troops. Tobacco was a rationed commodity, at the time, and was generally in short supply.
The term was later popularized in Hollywood war movies.
The commanding officer would typically use the term when opening a meeting in order to get the troops' attention and to relax them (assuming, of course, that they 'had em').
"It's getting rough out there. We've got to review strategy. Smoke 'em if you got 'em. We've got some tough decisions to make...."

A variation of the sexual position "piledriver." During intercourse from a piledriver position, the partner being piledriven emits a fart and the fart is lit on fire (either from a heat source supplied by one of the two partners or from a third party) while someone makes the telltale beeping noise of a ceiling smoke alarm (again, either partner or a third party may supply this noise).
When the drapes caught fire during their second attempt at the South Padre Island Smoke Alarm and the actual smoke alarm woke every guest up, Carl and Carla knew they wouldn't be allowed to film their piledriver sex scenes in the hotel lobby any more.
