"Port Richey Punch" is what old people make to scam waitresses out of tips in New Port Richey. They order a glass of water with a slice of lemon, then proceed to add every bag of sugar on the table to make lemonade.
Old lady: "I'll just have a glass of water. With lemon, please."
Waitress: Fuck you and your port richey punch makin' ass.
