Date is a term used to refer to a something that is old or something that happened a while ago.
If something is date, it is old and often no longer important. For example, yeah the video is date but it’s still bare funny. So therefore, that’s date.
(Frankish refers to Charlemagne and The Franks): weird looking and unpalatable food,- ioho-, but food still fit for human consumption (if religious dietary restrictions are kept out of the equation, because your ethnic group is simply not accustomed to such food).

People who go on dates only for free food and then ghost there date.
Eg:- Oh yes she was a date digger.
A set period of time after which a person's past social media posts or texts can no longer be used against them, provided it can be reasonably shown that they no longer carry those problematic beliefs or attitudes.
Like a statute of limitations on getting "cancelled."
