A yeet or just "yeet" is like faking or tricking someone
The man reached to give someone a high five and shouted "yeet" and quickly pulled it away before it got slapped.

also used when expressing triumph

yeet means you wanna throw something. Or more likely, someONE. Like if you....
are super mad and had a bad day. You pick the nearest person and YEET them into the active volcano. (Totally not violent.)
