A common response that happens when an asker made a point
but the receiving end felt offended and looked down on the question.
Then quipped by the receiving end!
A: Hey any tips on how to make money?
B: I don't know what that means.

It means don't try to look like you don't know something or you are trying to avoid any responsability
Man 1: Hey you! Gimme my money
Man 2: Are you talking to make? (Starts looking around and suspicious)

When you don't care for anybody and that you've gotten increasing frustioning.
Why should I pay attention when I don't have any attention to pay?
When you have the desire to give advice or weigh in on a situation, but you don't have the information or expertise needed to do so. No tools in the toolbox despite a desire to help. (Typically used by those without dicks, but could be quirkily used by those who do.)
Them: "Hey can you help me translate this love letter? It's written in Polish."
Me: "Ah, sorry buddy, I don't have a dick to give on this one."
