A dope word is word that mean more than one thing.
Slang words can change meanings with look the word punk or dope, a dope word can mean take or be taken or good or bad.
It's just a random word, what more is there to say? A word that is said with no context what so ever, which is not supposed to be a part of conversation and is probably said just to gain attention. Woah, I guess I know a little bit about them, goddamn.

A word with a hidden meaning. It refers to a person who spells a word differently to release hatred on someone.
A grate word is used to create a sense of satisfaction, and release of frustration; without damaging or ruining the relationship with the recipient. (the term Grate comes from "great" and "hate").
Ex Girlfriend: so yea, james is perfect. i think i want to spend the rest of my life with him.
