Something that is said when another person half-assedly claims that they are going to do something. Calling out "man chest" will solidify that the original person has to what they had said they would do. Failure to follow through will result in a slap to the chest of the desired amount of brutality by the person who called "man chest." ~Originally used by La Costa Canyon and Ranch Bernardo High School Wrestling Teams.

"Chest Rubbed" refers to the spontaneous and utter desolation of a human being for the simple fact that another human rubbed their chest.
In under a millisecond, the victim's entire body will experience a phenomenon in which all of their bones will break, and every pore in their body will bleed profusely without any other cause than the simple fact that another human rubbed their chest.
An immense gory crime scene is shown. Blood is on the walls, on the ceiling, on the floor, everywhere. Nothing of a human being remains except for their blood and a few bones. Onlookers approach and comment on the scene:
"There is no other explanation. This man must've had his Chest Rubbed."
1. A woman with a large and lovely chest can be said to be chest hung, or well chest-hung.
