Sense of pride resulting from having a lot of twitter followers
That guy has massive twitter ego!
A term invented by the YouTube non-content creator, Crendor. Used when someone brags about how they live in a more harsh environment.
Guy 1: Wow, it's really cold here, it's 30 degrees.
Guy 2: But that's not even cold! Where I'm from, it is regularly -40 degrees.
Guy 1: Dude, your weather ego is showing.
EGO RAPE
the process of stripping away a persons dignity, pride, self and well being
The continued peeling away and suppression of the others upon the individual, slowly degraded and demoralized the individual till they felt nothing and worthless. The others basically EGO RAPED the individual into mental submission.
Happens everyday all the time when there is no mutual respect. When courtesy is nonexistent and people choose to walk over and on a person till they are degraded to the level of or below the perpetrator. The perpetrator and others then win because they have reduced the ego of the target to less than good. Or better known as sad, unhappy or empty.
The EGO was RAPED.

My Ego Alert is all but useless - if only my parents hadn't named me Charlie Sheen. None of the hits it notifies me of are ever about my blog - they're all about the actor!

The part of the ego that assumes that the events of your life are pieces of an extended narrative, with you as the focal point. You may assume that true love is out there for you. Or that there's some sort of battle for justice you must fight. Or even just that it is your lot in life to spiral into a pit of hurt and despair. Anything motivated partially by some sort of narrative precedence is a case of narrative ego. Is probably brought about by watching too much television/reading too many novels.

The specific deity or religious persona one wishes to identify with for reasons of spiritual growth. So called, because an image of such is often displayed prominently upon one's own personal altar.
Being of a compassionate nature, the young woman felt a great affinity for White Tara and so displayed a beautiful image of her altar ego prominently in her shrine room.
