If someone says " I'm going to kill u " and somone calls "notch" they get to shave a piece of your eyebrow
Notch means almost like, do it! Or you have to do it!

A notch is a line of the eyebrow missing. How it occurs: a person claims that they will or could achieve something ludicrous. Notch is then called and if the action isn’t completed the person who stated the claim receives a notch.
Owen: I could have a threesome tonight if I wanted.
Matt: Notch
Owen: Fuck, there’s no way I find two girls. I guess I deserve a notch.
An insulting or ill-mannered term for somebody acting ignorantly and displays signs of being incoherent.

A stupid trend in the current generation of children, where someone gets dared to do something and another person says "Notch". The person who has been dared must now do the dare or they lose a portion of their eye brow, but if the person follows through with the dare, the person who declared "Notch" must lose a portion of their brow instead.
"Im gonna jump off the bridge down by the elementary school" Tim announced
" Notch" yelled his friend Jim.

"Looks like your losing a chunk of eye brow now" Tim says as he shivers, climbing out of the chilled water.
"God not again!" Jim scoughs as he realizes Tim didnt bluff .
