4.) Wears Camo overalls to a workplace, school, or any other public place
5.) Likes to go muddin' while drinking a nice can of Mountain Dew
6.) Watches Fox News and passes on the information they hear there to everyone as if they have actually researched it
7.) Blames power outages, diseases, floods, tornadoes, plane crashes, etc. on the terrorists in Al Quaeda
8.) Gets there child a huntin' knife and a shotgun for Christmas and encourages him to go and try it out
9.) States what they believe to be a fact, listen to someone else say something that contradicts them, and then repeat what they first said because they have no idea of what they are talking about, they just repeat what they hear from Fox News
10.) A person who lives in a trailer with a 12 inch 1940's television while drinking a beer and chasing it with some Mountain Dew
I just saw a redneck at Wal-mart with camouflage overalls and buying some beer, Mountain Dew, and a ton of bullets.

A person who loves beer, shooting animals, marring their relatives, and mostly live in Texas, the south, Washington State, and Oregon. Some of them can be racist and intolerant of other people's traditons and cultures and usually dislike the homosexual lifestyle.

A complete idiot usually from the South or Texas. They often have unbearable accents. Sometimes you will see a couple of redneck brothers and it doesn't look like they have a brain between them.
Rednecks like to sit in their living rooms or front porches (which both have furniture, of course.) while drinking beer and complaining about how Mexicans and Blacks seem to be taking over their pathetic little group (meaning only a sixth of the white race.)
They think that they look, think, and live better than everyone else. Rednecks like to think that they know about politics. However, not everyone that voted for George W. Bush is a southern redneck, but many of them were. I am so glad that I neither look, talk, or think like those bastards do.
I was, unfortunately, sitting beside this redneck at my Daviess County High School auditorium when we had visitors from the New York City Fire Department come to tell us about 9-11. Then the redneck said "Now ah have to listen to his irritating Noo York ahccent." I responded with "Sounds better than a lot of people here." (True Story)

Someone from the Southern States of America. Fasinated with the KKK and the CSA Civil War flag, and hanging black people. Redneck has become popular now days because country music is starting to sound more and more like pop music. Thanks to "Blue Collar TV" it is "cool" to be a Redneck.

a redneck is not someone who sleeps with family. a redneck is simply someone who is proud to be a south. The world would be a better place if the south would have won. the Yankees would probably have better raisin and more common sence. Yall shouldn't be fags anyhow b/c God made it to where men should be with WOMEN. not with a queer. Rednecks have more common sence than the northerners. They are also friendlier. I bet that if someone's car breaks down, a redneck may help them b/c they have polite and respectful manners. as for the yankees they wouldn't help anyone. An illiterate, uneducated, ignorant fuck showing little or no sophistication in modern society. City dwellers especially in the southwestern United States will call him a 'loser' if he actively tries to interact with too many people, especially of the opposite sex. A redneck shows little refinement, etiquette, dress code nor anything proper city dwellers would associate with; especially younger educated prudes. A lot of society's ills or domestic violence problems might even be associated with a stereotypical uneducated redneck.
A loser redneck moves from a smaller town to a larger upscale southwestern city. He tries to hit on a lot of cute University educated ladies there but they all reject him saying 'not my type' or you uneducated, illiterate ignorant fuck I'm not interested in you. After years of unsuccessful torment in the city he begins to realize he is just a rejected redneck in a strange land by definition.
