Just because no one is tweeting today, it does not mean I want your pity tweets!

Clown tweeting is the act of quote tweeting someone and making a nasty dunk on them which leaves them seen as a clown.

B: Yeah, clown tweeting it gave me 2K likes and 355 retweets.
One who tweets excessively throughout the day, i.e 2 or more tweets in half an hour.
"Your such a tweet whore, I had to unfollow you"
Verb. Sending a tweet or tweeting @someone more famous than yourself in hopes that they will re-tweet and make you famous for a few minutes in the twitter-verse. Opposite of 'down tweet' or "down tweeting".
I up tweeted @brianwilliams but he ignored it.

Rambling incoherent twitter postings which are made usually while under the influence of drugs/alcohol/self-importance. Often posted in rapid fire and contradictory to previous posts. Well known crack tweet-ers are Lindsay Lohan, Tila Tequila, and Courtney Love.
