(Think foot taco guy). Another example would be the practice of eating the placenta after a baby is born. NDECC Includes the practice of vampirism when done safely.
May sometimes be done as a sexual fetish but it is not exclusively a sexual practice, and may have significance to some for spiritual reasons.
