A use case, situation or artifact of a project that you and/or your colleges completely missed. It's a nice way of wording the fact that someone overlooked something important and now suddenly it's apparent to everyone.
Guy 1: Oh shit the freakin program is crashing immediately. I think the problem is the database isn't installed!
Guy 2: Yeah... another corner case. Good thing we're checkin' all the angles. Maybe we should put some hand rails around this one.

when someone puts an empty case of beer on his (almost always male) head. generally what the drunkest douche at any given party inevitably ends up wearing. extreme case hattees may even poke eye and mouth holes in their case hat, for prolonged case hatting.
Bro, you shoulda been at Rick's party last night. Tim got totally axed and put on a case hat, and then he fell down and we beat the shit out of him with a big wooden spoon.

1. someone who lives off of another person or persons for a very long time and has no responsibilities when it comes to paying bills.
2. a person that doesn't have a job and lives off of someone else for a very long time without paying for their half of the bills.
3. leech; moocher; parasite; charity case
Person1: "How can Jared go on vacation? I thought he doesn't have a job."
Person2: "Oh, that's nothing new. Jared is a welfare case. He lives off of everyone else. Didn't you know that?"

A receptacle, usually a small bag, or rather, a "case," used to contain pencils, as well as pens, markers, other obscure writing utencils. Also contained may be stationary items such as white out, white out tape, highlighters, paper clips, scissors, post-it notes, mini post-it notes, brightly colored post-it notes, post-it notes in fun shapes, mini staplers, mini staples, mini rulers, mini tape measurers, protractors, compasses, mini calculators, and the odd brad or two. Some students like to store their breathmints (preferred brand: vicky's mints) and/or pieces of gum in their pencil cases for easy access.
Pencil cases are available in a variety of shapes, sizes, colors, and patterns, usually a bit longer than the length of a pencil. Everyone has a practical use for one. Young third grade students may use the larger, plastic models to store their crayolas and gluesticks, while disgruntled eighth period honors precalc/ trigonometry teachers have a more complex model with many zippers and straps to organize contents. A dandy surprise content of a teenage student's pencil case would be a condom.
Sarah: "Meghan, wherever shall I store my pencil, mini colored fun shaped post-it notes, vicky's mints, and condom?"
Meghan: "Why, in your pencil case silly!"
