fuel cell

A device which converts (most notably) hydrogen into electricity. They are extremely clean, quiet, and efficient, with the only emissions being heat and water vapor. They are MUCH better than internal combustion engines.

cell-shock

The momentary sense of panic when one touches their pants pocket and realizes that their Cell Phone is not there.

I went to call you last night, and had total cell-shock until i realized my phone was in the car.

ghost cell

A private room to hang or chill.

Hanging out here is no fun. I'd rather chill in my ghost cell.

Cell Toss

When your prison cell gets frantically searched by prison guards or police for contraband (e.g. the cell of a prisoner who may be hiding illicit drugs)

Quickly hide the stash, the guards are gonna do a Cell Toss.

cell blind

Obliviousness when walking or otherwise in motion while simultaneously playing with or peering at a hand-held gadget. Often a public nuisance, as when slow, erratic, or careless movement impedes or leads to collision with others; sometimes also dangerous to the cell blind themselves, as when crossing a busy street without looking because engrossed in texting, IM-ing, or similarly urgent activities.
