Its a slang way of saying "for sure" or "of course". Its kind of like a variation of "fo shizzle". The term was first coined in Metro Vancouver by inner-city kids.

Fo shoaw/ fo∙sh∙oaw - Meaning to agree very enthusiastically or with great emotion. It also is a slang phrase used instead of "For Sure". Most commonly used by the players of Monash Junior Soccer Club. This word was derived from a particular person, fkn Damo bra ;)
