A word made up by The Disneyland Resort as a result of poor employee attendance at The Hotels of the Disneyland Resort, and the two Resort Theme Parks, as well as other Resort controlled locations. Presenteeism is defined by The DLR (Disneyland Resort) as "the act of being present." The idea is that all employees are at their work location ready to work at, or 5 minutes before their scheduled start times.
Disney makes up thier own words, like presenteeism.

In the present. Right now. A 5 inch dick is too small for most women. They will double back and say "Well, maybe if he knows how to use it" and it's like it's only going to work if you let it and you're not going to let it because they are not ATTRACTED to a 5 inch dick. In the present and the future. Women are not going to want to marry a 5 inch. Sure they may date one or maybe even hook up with one but they won't be loyal and they'll only be doing it to gratify their ego so they can tell themselves that it isn't a life sentence to loneliness.
